Registration

Registration at the state level is required to participate in the regional tournament. Teams must register and pay their due to the State Science Olympiad office by their posted deadline. The State Science Olympiad office will notify you once your registration and payment is received.

Region VII Tournament Registration

Registration is also required for the regional tournament. No additional fees are required when registering teams for the regional tournament.

Regional event registration will be done virtually, via Google Forms or similar software. Registration link will be sent to teams/coaches that had registered at the state level and have an active membership (estimated timeline December-January). Subsequently, we will post a public update on this webpage for the current season.

You will receive a confirmation page upon successful submission of your regional registration. If you need to make changes to the schedule, please contact the Region VII Director and do not re-register.

Required forms

There are only two forms required before teams are allowed to compete at the tournament. Each of the following forms must be completed, signed, and submitted before teams will receive their information packet and wristbands on the day of the regional tournament.
